Instructions for use:

There are many ways to prepare and use Cordyceps to maximize nutrient absorption:

  1. Making tea:

    • You can add more water 1-2 times until the taste is gone.

Tôi không có nhiều thời gian nên mỗi sáng nấu nước sẵn, bỏ đông trùng vào, mang theo đi làm. Uống thay nước lọc luôn.
